SPAM POLICY: Unsolicited Commercial E-mail
(SPAM)
Jen X Net takes a zero tolerance approach to the
sending of Unsolicited Commercial E-mail or SPAM from our network.
Very simply this means that users of Jen X Net may not use or permit
others to use our network to deliver in SPAM in any way with a domain
name that is hosted by Jen X Net.
QUESTIONABLE CONTENT: Immediate
Cancellation and removal of Site
Jen X Net reserves the right to terminate and remove
all sites containing images or text concerning:
Pornography –
includes adult themes, images, and or text.
Racism – content that is inflammatory, and or discriminatory
of a particular race of people.
Violence – Content and images that depict violence
deemed inappropriate for viewing and/or promote violence.
Slander – Content and/or images that slander or misrepresent
a person, individuals, or corporations illegally.
Removal of site is immediate, all content and images
will be deleted. The Jen X Network is not financial responsible
for any deleted content. No refunds will be made.
